Brandon J. Campbell

In all areas of representation, Brandon J. Campbell strives to provide education, advocacy, and compassion. His greatest strengths are organization and attention to detail, both of which are critical to representing clients in estate and business matters. Because he always looks at more than “just the legal issues” for clients, Mr. Campbell engages in holistic and collaborative representation. He believes that building strategic partnerships with other professionals enables him to assist every situation he may encounter.

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS

Mr. Campbell first attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he pursued interests in criminal justice, psychology, and political science. He discovered a passion for the law and helping victims after he became a victim advocate with The Women’s Center, a shelter for abused women and children. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice, Mr. Campbell attended the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. There, he took clerkship positions with the federal government, nonprofit organizations, and the Denver District Attorney.

After earning his law degree and receiving his license to practice, Mr. Campbell worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian Boatright and Honorable Stephen Munsinger, both of the Jefferson County District Courts. Because of this opportunity, he developed experience with courtroom litigation, business disputes, and estate and probate matters. Following work with Jefferson County, Mr. Campbell developed a private practice in two Colorado firms before starting his own.

In 2017, Mr. Campbell and Ashley M. Opfer combined their practices to create Opfer | Campbell P.C. As a result, he brought his expertise, education and compassion to assist clients in all aspects of their estate and business needs. In 2019, the partners welcomed Ashleigh N. Beck, to form Opfer | Campbell | Beck P.C.
